DELIVERY: 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking provided. Please allow 5-10 days to receive your order.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS: 

All unopened products should be returned within 14 days. If your product is opened you will not be able to return the item. If your product is damaged then we reserve the right to request evidence, such as images of the defect, before issuing any refund of the price and/or any associated delivery charges. 


Once your returned goods are received by us and the refund has been agreed, please allow up to 14 business days to receive your refund. If you paid using PayPal, the refund time may vary as this will come direct from PayPal.


DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? 

At the moment we can only send orders to street addresses in the United Kingdom (including Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man). We do not deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses and we're unable to ship to any international address.


WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE STOCK?

Our popular items can sell out quickly. However, in the meantime, subscribe to our website to be updated on the latest information. If you have any specific queries regarding stock, please contact us via [email protected]

To keep you secure when ordering products, we only offer payments via PayPal. In the unlikely event of any unauthorised use of your card you must report the transaction to your payment provider.
